What is included in every subscription?
Every platform subscription includes standard support: email support, platform updates and security patches, system monitoring and alerts, quarterly feature enhancements, and bug fixes.
How is SMS billed?
SMS is billed on actual usage at $0.0075 per message, inbound or outbound. For example, 10,000 messages a month is about $75.
Do I need Power BI licenses?
Yes. Microsoft Power BI licensing is required for anyone who opens reports. Clinics typically need 5–10 report users, at $10 per user per month for Pro or $20 for Premium Per User.
How is cloud hosting billed?
Hosting is pay-as-you-go: it's billed separately against your actual Microsoft Azure usage — compute, database, storage and bandwidth — rather than a fixed monthly fee, so it scales with clinic count, patient volume and data storage.
What about EHR integration?
EHR integration is scoped and quoted individually because it depends on your EHR and workflows. Select it in the estimator and we will include it in your quote.
Are there one-time fees?
Yes. Implementation is a one-time fee made up of platform setup, plus configuration for GapInCare rules and Power BI dashboards if you select those modules. Staff training is included.
How do the discounted billing options work?
Choose 12-Month Commitment to get 15% off Mobile Check-In, GapInCare, Outreach Automation and Power BI Reporting, billed monthly for a 12-month term. Choose Annual Prepay to get 20% off the same modules by paying the full 12-month module total upfront in one charge. Either way, hosting, SMS, Power BI licensing, support and one-time implementation are billed at standard rates.
